We’re happy to announce a new full-time addition to OpenPoint’s staff. Patrick Eidahl has been with us for just over a month, and he will be focusing on working with Esri’s ArcGIS Pro and OpenPoint Map along with developing and maintaining reports in OpenPoint Web.

He’s new to ArcGIS Pro but he is getting up to speed very quickly. He’s currently in the process of converting an electric system map for our latest utility client. The basemap is completed and most of the symbology for the main system map is also done. I just did a review and the results look fantastic!

We believe Patrick has a tremendous amount of potential, and he’s been very excited to learn everything he can about OpenPoint’s technology and how utilities operate. I’m sure you’ll be hearing from Patrick over the next couple of months as he continues to expand his knowledge and capabilities.

We decided now was a good time to add additional staffing since we’re continuing to add new utility clients, and we want to make absolutely sure we maintain our high level of customer service and engagement.
